| STABLE HOUSE (3 sub-boards)
As you drive up the smooth gravel drive of the old England style stables, a two story building that resembles a house is the first thing you see. It is obvious that the grounds are well maintained by a gardener, because flowers and bushes adorn the modern cottage like building. Here you can find the lounge, office, library, and so on.

| APARTMENT BUILDING (1 sub-board)
This on-ground three story apartment building was built for a good reason: for someone who doesn't have the money, or works at the stables, or just wants to be closer to their horses. They can stay here for a small monthly rent. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a small balcony overlooking the horse pastures on one side and the hay fields on the other side of the building for the other apartments. Contact a staff to have an apartment board set up for you.

| THE STABLES (1 sub-board)
Just when you've seen it all, you catch sight of the beautiful stables. They were designed to resemble old time Londoner stables, the inner walls heated/cooled beneath stones that were laid over them to give an authentic feel. Vines climb up the sides of the outside stone walls, adding to the overall cottage-like appearance of the whole stable grounds. For a map of the entire grounds, click here

| FEED BUILDING
Just off the east side of the barn near the stable house is a small building, right outside a door leading into the main barn. Many very large bins of various feeds and fodders line two of the walls, with shelving lined against another wall full of natural remedies and medicines. Against another wall is bags and sacks of feed piled up.

| ARENAS & ROUNDPEN (4 sub-boards)
There are three different arenas on the grounds. The largest, the indoor arena, is large enough for complicated things such as roping but is used for all events and disciplines. The second largest one is often used for jumping, and most of the time has a full show jumping course set up. The third, located just behind the stable house, is the smallest, but is still of a good size. It is used mainly for barrel racing, but can also be used for anything needed. Next to the second arena is the large roundpen.

| PADDOCKS & PASTURES
The closest pastures and paddocks are all around the main stable grounds, and all have just enough grass to satisfy a horse but is limited enough to keep it from eating too much. Each one has an automatic waterer, and any horses that are strictly turned out to pasture are fed three times a day--grain in the morning, hay in the afternoon, and grain in the evening. Each one also has an insulated, weatherproof, heated shelter, and most of trees that act as good shade. The fences are lined with a low power electric fence.

| THE FIELDS
Twenty five acres of fenced in rolling fields and small forests, this large pasture is a favorite of the equine population here at Pheasant Run. There is plenty of vegetation for food, and at the front of the pasture a six foot long, three foot wide automatic waterer is stationed. For the most part it is open, rolling fields, but there are several patches of trees for shade. There is also a small lake near the center. Often, people will come out and just take a walk with their equine to spend some time with them and enjoy the scenery, but for the most part this fenced in pasture is used to give horses a break every now and then and just let them be horses.

| THE TRAILS
There are several trails that twist through the extra 105 acres that is currently unused by the stables, mostly because the elevation varies so greatly. There is two trails that lead around the mountains and one of them cut through the mountains. Another leads to a large lake, and two others that simply twist and turn through the forests. All of them run for miles.

Here, you can find any character housing that is not on the grounds. Whether it may be a house, a cabin, a shack, a trailer, or just a square of sidewalk, this is where you can find the individual character boards. Message the Administrator account to have a board created.

| FRENCH MEADOW CAFÉ & BAKERY

Head on over here to have some delicious baked goods or a warm cup of coffee. It is a very relaxing place, and often very quiet, despite being extremely popular in town.

| LÉ RIVERA
Candles are all around the restaurant, with a vase of red roses on every table. Each table cloth is pure cotton and smooth to the touch. The plates are fine china, and the wine is of top quality. This is an extremely high end restaurant found more in the western area of town, where it is more populated. Come here if you're looking to have a very good -- but expensive -- time out on the town.

| JOE'S BAR
Ah. The bar. This is a pretty good sized building in the center of town, always filled with people at all hours of the day. But it's nighttime when this place really comes to life. You can get beer and liquor here, there's several prostitutes hanging around, and always something to do. In a town this small, there's still is a drinking age law of 21, but nobody pays any mind to it, and neither does the bartender. Pretty much anyone that isn't a child can buy a drink, but just think about the consequences.

| HARPP'S FOSTER HOUSE & AUCTIONS
An emotional place, the foster house is for all neglected, abused horses. HARPP, (horse and rider protection program) needs many volunteers. Many people are out searching for the abused horses, or taking calls trying determinedly to rescue the equines. Once the staff are assured that the horses are recovering they are open for adoption, but only to good homes were they will be well loved and taken care for. So perhaps one of these neglected horses will be the new lovable family pet with a lot of training.

| THE CLUBHOUSE
Who doesn't like a little chit chat with your fellows? Here you can spend some out of character quality time with other members on the forum. Games go on here, too, and along with some drama filled rants every now and then.. It's pretty much free-for-all at the clubhouse.
